(More customer reviews)Although this food processor is great when it works, many of the parts are subject to frequent breaking and are very costly to replace. I have replaced the stem three times in ten years or so. I have replaced the bowl once, and one of the blades has broken twice. The motor has held up fine despite all the parts breaking along the way. I have given up paying premium prices to replace parts. I am looking for an alternative which will offer me as large a bowl as this.

(More customer reviews)We bought this blender/food processor combo last month and after about a week on the second use of the food processor, noticed that the plastic latches that hold the lid on the food processor were broken. Amazon happily replaced the appliance. However, when unpacking the new items, the bottom of the food processor mechanism came off. We've promptly returned the second blender for a refund this time. I guess we'll look for another kind/brand.

Durabrand Sandwich Maker Review

(More customer reviews)This is a piece of JUNK sandwich maker. As the other review says - a total waste. It heats unevenly and the latch won't catch. I made one sandwich - it was overcooked on one side and not cooked at all on the other. The only good thing about it is that I bought it from Walmart - so hopefully returning it shouldn't be a problem. Just hate to send this to another hapless consumer of cheap Chinese trash. Really, the correct place to send this is back to China.
